NSW: Rich gave Ammex card to One.Tel employees to use
A court has heard former One.Tel boss JODEE RICH allowed company employees to photocopyhis corporate American Express card so they could use it.
Credit provider American Express is suing Mr RICH in the New South Wales District Courtfor more than $390,000 in corporate credit charges.
Today Mr RICH admitted he gave his corporate American Express card to One.Tel employeesso they could photocopy it and use it.
Mr RICH says he gave the card to One.Tel employees for corporate expenses, and didnot think he would be personally liable because he only used it for business expenses.
Mr RICH'S counsel DAVID WILLIAMS earlier told the hearing his client was only responsiblefor a few hundred dollars worth of charges on the corporate credit card statement.
The hearing has been adjourned until March 27.
